1. Service Overview
By signing this agreement, the Client commits to enrolling in the Complete Wealth property sourcing service, delivered by Moneyrow Properties Ltd. Within this service, the Client may be presented with either a Pillar Property or an Accelerator Property Asset as part of their bespoke Property investment strategy.
2. Scope of Service
Upon payment of the initial deposit, Moneyrow Properties will:
1. Investor Identity Mapping
Support you with your Bespoke Property Investment Strategy
- Provide onboarding and setup support
- Connect & Support you with the professional team to set up your buying structure
- Connect & support you with vetted professional partners (e.g., mortgage advisors, accountants, solicitors) to onboard you
- Prepare the necessary buying documents (e.g., Agreement in Principle, Buying Pack)
2. Precision Property Procurement
- Source a suitable property that meets or exceeds a minimum of 6% returns in the agreed sourcing month
Upon payment of the remainder balance on your invoice , Moneyrow Properties will: 3. Automated Acquisition; Offer to Ownership
- Support you with the professional teams during conveyancing and purchase 4. Refurbishment Re-Imagined; Design to Delivery
- Support the end to end design pack for refurbishment
5. Complete Compliance; Final Checks to Completion
- Support the property certifications and compliance

6. Turn -Key Tenants; Lettings To Legacy
- onboard the property to the Lettings Professional Team to find you suitable tenants
3. Timeline
Once the Client accepts the commitment agreement and the initial invoice amount is cleared the scope of works is estimated to be delivered within a combined 9 to 12 months. An estimation and guide for the timeline of events is detailed as follows:
1. Investor Identity Mapping – 3 months
2. Precision Property Procurement – 2 months
3. Automated Acquisition; Offer to Ownership – 3 – 6 months
4. Refurbishment Re-Imagined; Design to Delivery – 2 months
5. Complete Compliance; Final Checks to Completion 1 month
6. Turn -Key Tenants; Lettings To Legacy – 1.5 months
4. Fees & Payment Structure
The total fee for the Complete Wealth Service for a Pillar Property Deal is £10,000 + VAT (£12,000 inc. VAT).
The total fee for the Complete Wealth Service for an Accelerator Property Asset Deal is £15,000 + VAT (£18,000 inc. VAT).
4.1 Pillar Property Deals
The total fee for the Complete Wealth Service for a Pillar Property Deal is £10,000 + VAT (£12,000 inc. VAT).
To secure a place on the sourcing list, the Client agrees to pay an initial amount of:
- £12,000 in full, or
- £2,400 as a part payment, with the remaining balance payable upon property acceptance and before stage 3 of the scope of works begins.
4.2 Accelerator Assets Deals
The total fee for the Complete Wealth Service for an Accelerator Property Asset Deal is £15,000 + VAT (£18,000 inc. VAT).
To secure a place on the sourcing list, the Client agrees to pay an initial amount of:
- £18,000 in full, or
- £6,000 as a part payment, with the remaining balance payable upon property acceptance and before stage 3 of the scope of works begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All assets created under this agreement, including intellectual property associated with the bespoke strategy, and its content, will be wholly owned by the Client.

6. Confidentiality
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If the Client cancels within 14 days of signing this agreement and before any onboarding has begun, a full refund will be issued.
- If onboarding has commenced and the Client chooses to withdraw for any reason, a non-refundable £500 fee will be retained.
- If the Client rejects the sourced property in stage 2 of the Scope of Works on the basis that it does not meet the agreed requirements (e.g., less than 6% return), we will re-source another option.
- If the Client remains dissatisfied after multiple resourcing efforts, they may cancel with a full refund minus £500 (provided a clear, valid reason is given in writing that relates to unmet scope or yield).
- No refund will be issued once a property has been accepted by the Client and full coordination has commenced.
-During conveyancing (stage 3 Automated Acquisition; Offer to Ownership) if the property does not follow through to completion due to no fault or change of mind of the buyer, Moneyrow Properties will find the client an alternative Property.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9. Next Steps & Full Terms
Once the Client accepts the sourced property, they will sign our full Terms and Conditions (the “small print”), which cover the end-to-end delivery, project coordination, and post-sale support.
